We are thrilled to introduce you to Milligram Studio – a new Australian stationery brand that has spent a year in development.

In a world filled with ‘peak stuff’ Milligram Studio challenged themselves to create something that was special, responsible, Australian and unique.

The team decided it came down to some core elements: minimal design, minimal impact, filling identified gaps – and passionate, creative partnerships. It’s what has guided the brand development over the past year and shines through in the brand’s initial releases.

The brand’s first collaboration was with Melbourne artist, designer and illustrator Beci Orpin. Orpin was commissioned to produce a special edition canvas art print and collaborate on the design of the brand’s 2018 diary collection.

Known for her strong geometric designs and gorgeous use of colour, Beci’s vibrant and playful aesthetic was integral to bringing an element of joy to the designs.

Launched at Melbourne’s August Life Instyle to retailers, the range quickly became one of the top-selling brands at the Fair.

Everything Milligram Studio creates is highly functional, environmentally considered and designed in-house and we can’t wait to see what the future of this brand holds.
