We’ve moved! We’re excited to announce that we’ve grown so much that we need a new office and a new warehouse.
Our warehouse space will be much larger, ensuring we will have the space to hold greater stock levels in the future — and operate more efficiently for dispatch.
For our office team, we’ll be housed in one building, making communication more efficient and service levels even better. Plus, we’ll have a spacious and stylish showroom where we can invite customers in to see our ranges and new releases.
We ask for your understanding and patience during our move period, as we’ll have some times when we won’t be available and can’t dispatch orders.

MOVE INFORMATION
We’ve detailed information and important dates below so that you can plan ahead and ensure minimal impact for your business.
1. WAREHOUSE CLOSE DATES — NO SHIPMENTS – 26.06.17 – 30.06.17
We won’t be able to fulfil any shipments from Monday 26 June – Friday 30 June.
Please note: There may be a few delays the following week if there is a backlog of large orders. So if you anticipate needing stock, we strongly recommend you place orders before our final deadlines.
2. FINAL ORDER DEADLINES
New Zealand: COB Monday 19 June. The final New Zealand stock pallets will leave our warehouse on Wednesday 21 June. Orders placed after 19 June won’t be dispatched until Wednesday 5 July, 2017.
Australia: COB Wednesday 21 June. We can then still pack and dispatch up to midday Friday 23 June. Orders placed after 21 June will leave w/c 3 July, 2017.
3. OFFICE CLOSE DATES — Midday 23.06.17 – 27.06.17
We’ll be unable to handle calls or emails from midday Friday 23 June until the morning of Tuesday 27 June. This is because our computers and phone systems will either be in transit or being set up.
